These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Voyanta mobile application (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Voyanta, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Voyanta is a travel planning application that allows users to create and manage travel itineraries, notes, and related information.

The App:

Does not collect personal data.

Stores user-entered travel information locally on the user’s device.

Provides internal functionality to organize travel plans and keep an eye on the budget.

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Eligibility

By using Voyanta, you confirm that:

You are at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital consent age in your country, or

You are using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities

Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law

Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

You are solely responsible for the content you enter into the App.

5. Data and Storage

All travel information you enter is stored locally on your device.

- The provider does not access or store your data.

- You are responsible for backing up your information.

- Uninstalling the App may delete locally stored data.

- The provider is not responsible for any loss of user-entered content.

6. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep Voyanta available and functional, but we do not guarantee:

Continuous availability

Error-free operation

Compatibility with all devices or operating system versions

We may:

Update, modify, or improve the App at any time

Add or remove features

Discontinue the App, with reasonable notice where possible

7. No Travel or Professional Advice

Voyanta is a planning and organising tool only.

The provider:

Does not provide travel, safety, legal, or professional advice

Does not guarantee the accuracy of travel information entered by users

Is not responsible for travel disruptions, cancellations, losses, or damages related to your trips

You are responsible for verifying all travel arrangements and requirements.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including design, branding, text, graphics, and software, are owned by the provider or licensed to the provider.

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or modify the App

Use the Voyanta name, logo, or branding without permission

Create derivative works based on the App

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

The provider shall not be liable for:

Loss of data

Travel-related losses or damages

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Service interruptions or technical issues

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under EU law.

10. Consumer Rights (EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or Spain, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law. These Terms do not limit or waive those rights.

If the App is provided free of charge, certain consumer rights related to paid digital services may not apply.

11. Third-Party Services

Voyanta does not integrate third-party services that collect personal data or provide external travel bookings.

If third-party integrations are added in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required for legal or technical reasons.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Voyanta after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the European Union law.

If you are a consumer, disputes may be brought before the courts of your place of residence within the EU.
